Advance Appointments
Appointments are available to book online. Please download the MYGP app to book appointments online. You do not need to register for online services to book an appointment.

Urgent Appointments

9:00am to 10:00am For Morning same day urgent appointments
&
4:30pm – 5:30pm For Evening same day urgent appointments

GP Enhanced Access provides GP and nurse appointments in the evening (18:30-22:00) and on Saturday (09:00-15:00). Healthcare professionals have full access to your records and are able to access investigations and refer as appropriate. All consultations will be accessible by The Lyndhurst Surgery.

Appointments can be made by calling 0208 519 3999 during the following hours:
Monday – Friday :0900-2200
Saturday: 0900- 1700

Nurse Appointments
The practice nurse is able to deal with a number of problems such as child Immunisations, smear tests and long term conditions management such as Diabetes, Asthma etc. You can now book appointments online for our nurse or via 0208 519 3999

Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for your appointment you may not be seen and will have to re-book.
